Work schedule too complex for a dog companion during the week? Call or email us for a "Week End or Holiday Friend" - someone whose Saturday & Sunday or Holiday will be active & fun sharing with you. 

We choose dogs most needy of special time matched with your plans. Many of the dogs would be content to play ball, go for a walk, have dinner, share TV or quiet time and curl up next to the bed with you when the day is over!

Definitely more fun for the dog than being in the kennel. And you'll feel good knowing that you've truly made a difference and brought some joy and companionship into both the dogs and your own life.

Blanket, Dishes, Food, Toy, Leash & Collar can be furnished if you don't have them & need them for the Weekend or Holiday.

One to Two Week Program
Please consider becoming a Big Brother or Sister for one of our beautiful dogs for a week or two. Being at your warm, inviting house is a lot more fun than being stuck in the cold, dark kennel. They will love you forever for the time you spend with them and you will be helping us as this would save us roughly $200 per month per dog. We would gladly provide food, medicine and crate if needed. Apply to the Program.

Weekend & Holiday Program
If your work schedule is too complex for a dog companion during the week, please consider being a Big Brother or Sister to one of our needy dogs for a weekend or special holiday. It'll be fun sharing those days with them and they'll love you for bringing some excitement back into their lives. Apply to the Program.

NOTE: Puppies are seldom available. If you wish to have a dog younger than 6 months and are willing to wait 6 months to a year, we will add your name to our waiting list. If you prefer not to wait we will be glad to refer you to reputable breeders. Please do not buy from a pet store, champion-bred puppies are less expensive and far healthier than the puppy-mill animals that are available in stores.
